ClaimTrak Systems, Inc. is a leading provider of comprehensive practice management software systems for behavioral health & human services organizations. As a privately held company founded in 1990, ClaimTrak has developed, not acquired, its own software system. The sum product is ClaimTrak for Windows, a comprehensive system embodying all aspects of a complete Electronic Health Record (EHR) solution—Clinical, Billing, Scheduling, Medication Management, Reporting—for inpatient, outpatient and residential settings.

Through an array of services and proven software solutions, ClaimTrak helps its customers manage critical information, reduce operational costs, increase reimbursements and improve quality of care.

The ClaimTrak system was not only built especially for behavioral health, the base infrastructure today, as well as in 1990, is billing and claims processing. ClaimTrak is “built from the billing up”. This is an important differentiating factor as so much of what drives seamless integration of the modules revolves around the proper configuration of billing components.

The ClaimTrak system has been developed to be as complete and straightforward as possible.  Users may easily maneuver through screens and complete documentation and manage caseloads painlessly and accurately. The technical infrastructure of the ClaimTrak system has been flexibility designed to easily accommodate requests for customized screens and clinical forms. ClaimTrak’s philosophy is that an EHR should be configurable enough to fit an agency’s current business processes, as opposed to requiring an agency to change their processes and best practices to meet the design of an EHR.

ClaimTrak goes above and beyond to ensure that each customer receives first-rate, timely customer support services. We are delighted to report that our first customer, Superstition Mountain Mental Health Center, is still a ClaimTrak customer 19 years later. In fact, there are several ClaimTrak customers that have utilized our software and services for well over a decade.
