Marketing & Sales AssistantPrimary Responsibilities: Identify prospects through researching and analyzing sales opportunities and establish contact with prospects. Coordinate trade show logistics, User Meeting logistics and RFP responses (including writing, proof reading and all logistics). Prepare press releases and customer case studies. Compile sales and marketing expense reports. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ideal candidate is a self-starter and enthusiastic with strong communication and writing skills. Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and be able to work both independently and on a team with and without supervision. Computer experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a must. Successful applicant will be trained on business software applications.
