Marketing & Sales Assistant

Primary Responsibilities: Identify prospects through researching and analyzing sales opportunities and establish contact with prospects. Coordinate trade show logistics, User Meeting logistics and RFP responses (including writing, proof reading and all logistics). Prepare press releases and customer case studies. Compile sales and marketing expense reports.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ideal candidate is a self-starter and enthusiastic with strong communication and writing skills. Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and be able to work both independently and on a team with and without supervision. Computer experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a must. Successful applicant will be trained on business software applications. Healthcare industry experience is also a plus.

Required Experience:

  • 1-3 years experience in direct, inside and/or outside sales
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively in writing, via telephone and in person.
  • Proven ability to exercise independent judgment in multi-tasking environment
