Systems, Inc. (ClaimTrakŪ), a leading provider of practice

service providers, announced today that Supportive Living
Services, Inc. and its affiliates Northwest Residence, Community
Options Fridley and Community Options St. Paul has signed a
contract with ClaimTrak to provide a comprehensive EHR solution
and associated implementation services.
ClaimTrak will also provide
data conversion, project management and training services as
part of the initial implementation to Supportive Living Services
and its affiliates Northwest Residence and Community Options
Fridley.
