Red Mountain Behavioral Health Services Signs Contract with ClaimTrak

Phoenix, Arizona, June 29, 2011 — ClaimTrak Systems, Inc. (ClaimTrak®), a leading provider of EHR software solutions for behavioral healthcare and human service organizations, is pleased to announce Red Mountain Behavioral Health Services (RMBHS) located in Mesa, Arizona, has purchased ClaimTrak’s comprehensive EHR solution and associated services to be implementation throughout its organization.

“We chose ClaimTrak due to its robust system, ability to customize to our specific needs and its expertise in our state (Arizona)”, said RMBHS Chief Administrative Officer, Adam Cava. A New Leaf signs contract with ClaimTrak

Phoenix, AZ, June 8th 2011 — ClaimTrak Systems, Inc. (ClaimTrak®), a leading provider of EHR software solutions for behavioral healthcare and human service organizations, is pleased to announce that A New Leaf, headquartered in Mesa, Arizona, has purchased ClaimTrak’s comprehensive EHR solution and associated services to be implementation throughout its residential services programs.

ClaimTrak Receives ONC-ATCB 2011/2012 Certification To Support Meaningful Use

Gilbert, AZ, April 26, 2011 — ClaimTrak Systems, Inc. announced today that CLAIMTRAK (v9), its premier practice management and Electronic Health Record (EHR) product, is 2011/2012 compliant and was certified as a Complete EHR on April 25, 2011 by the Certification Commission for Health Information Technology (CCHIT®), an ONC-ATCB, in accordance with the applicable Eligible Provider certification criteria adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services. The 2011/2012 criteria support the Stage 1 meaningful use measures required to qualify eligible providers and hospitals for funding under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).

The ONC-ATCB 2011/2012 certification program tests and certifies that Complete EHRs meet all of the 2011/2012 criteria approved by the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) for either eligible provider or hospital technology.

» Two Tulsa, OK Agencies Select ClaimTrak for their EHR Implementation

ClaimTrak awarded contract to provide electronic health record (EHR) software solution & services

(ClaimTrak®), a leading provider of electronic health record (EHR) software for behavioral healthcare and human service providers, announced today that Domestic Violence Intervention Services, Inc. (DVIS) and The Parent Child Center of Tulsa, Inc. (PCC) have each signed a contract with ClaimTrak to provide a comprehensive EHR solution including clinical, billing and scheduling modules.

ClaimTrak awarded contract to provide electronic health record (EHR) software solution & services

Phoenix, Arizona, January 4, 2010 — ClaimTrak Systems, Inc. (ClaimTrak®), a leading provider of practice management / EHR software for behavioral healthcare and human service providers, announced that Goodwill Industries of Southern Arizona (Goodwill) signed a contract with ClaimTrak last month to provide a comprehensive EHR solution and associated implementation services.

Goodwill selected ClaimTrak as its chosen vendor because of ClaimTrak’s user friendly, ASP-based system accessible from anywhere. ClaimTrak will provide Goodwill with data conversion, project management and training services as part of the initial implementation.

An additional factor behind the decision to select ClaimTrak is that it will assist Goodwill in maximizing each program by tying together workforce development programs. This will allow Goodwill to use data to make real-time, informed decisions about the services provided.

ClaimTrak celebrates 19 years of providing software solution & services to behavioral health and human service agencies
