» Goodwill Signs With Claimtrak

ClaimTrak awarded contract to provide electronic health record (EHR) software solution & services

Phoenix, Arizona, January 4, 2010 — ClaimTrak Systems, Inc. (ClaimTrak®), a leading provider of practice management / EHR software for behavioral healthcare and human service providers, announced that Goodwill Industries of Southern Arizona (Goodwill) signed a contract with ClaimTrak last month to provide a comprehensive EHR solution and associated implementation services.

Goodwill selected ClaimTrak as its chosen vendor because of ClaimTrak’s user friendly, ASP-based system accessible from anywhere. ClaimTrak will provide Goodwill with data conversion, project management and training services as part of the initial implementation.

An additional factor behind the decision to select ClaimTrak is that it will assist Goodwill in maximizing each program by tying together workforce development programs. This will allow Goodwill to use data to make real-time, informed decisions about the services provided.

"After looking at several [systems] we felt that ClaimTrak could do the best job of customizing a system to meet the very diverse requirements of each workforce development program", said Liz Gulick, Workforce Development Director at Goodwill. "We also felt that ClaimTrak would be able to grow our system as the social services side of Goodwill expands."

» ClaimTrak Turns 19

ClaimTrak celebrates 19 years of providing software solution & services to behavioral health and human service agencies

Phoenix, Arizona, January 12, 2009 ClaimTrak Systems, Inc. (ClaimTrak®), a leading provider of practice management / EHR software for behavioral healthcare and human service providers, celebrates the completion of its 18th year of business and looks forward to many exciting years to come.

In 1990, ClaimTrak was incorporated by founder Brad Ewalt to meet the needs of behavioral health agencies who were attempting to implement practice management solutions designed for physical health and hospital services. As these applications did not meet the needs of behavioral healthcare providers, and agencies were forced to either radically change their processes or abandon electronic systems, ClaimTrak was born.

ClaimTrak’s first customer, Superstition Mountain Mental Health Center (SMMHC) in Apache Junction, Arizona, shares in the celebration. “SMMHC has enjoyed its partnership with ClaimTrak since we started with a basic system for tracking client information in 1990”, says SMMHC Chief Finance Officer, Marge Walter. “The system has grown to meet our needs as Superstition Mountain has grown over the years, through transmission of basic client data to our regional authorities, to electronic claims submission and to a full electronic medical record that can be used in all of our various programs. SMMHC extends congratulations to ClaimTrak on reaching this milestone!"

While the four (4) providers will be able to achieve additional cost savings as they collaborate on some implementation services and clinical form customizations, each provider’s ClaimTrak system will be configuration and customized to meet their specific needs.

(ClaimTrak®), a leading provider of practice management / EHR software for behavioral healthcare and human service providers, announced today that The H Group (formerly Franklin Williamson Human Services) has signed a contract with ClaimTrak to provide a comprehensive EHR solution and associated implementation services.

“The H Group has been considering the purchase of a new software system for several years”, says Kim Darnstaedt, The H Group’s Director for Youth and Family Division and lead software selection Project Manager:
