ClaimTrak for Windows is a server-based, comprehensive client management and claims processing software package designed to meet the specialized needs of behavioral health providers. The package includes three (3) interactive modules:

Clinical Module

This module allows an agency to define their own enrollment and assessment packets from a predefined list of forms and reports. The enrollment staff may then enter the packets directly into the computer. By creating these packets online, the common issues associated with enrollments and assessments—rewriting common data (name, address, ID, etc.), poor handwriting, lost paperwork—are eliminated.

Online clinical forms offer many benefits such as increased time efficiency, easier client research, increased accuracy and value-added cost savings. Also, depending on the type of billing method used, completing clinical forms online lends to multiple efficiencies with electronic billing.

Referral module tracks clients from the time of first contact. It monitors such things as demographic information, referral source, outside referrals, internal assignment and client acuity—emergent, urgent, routine. The referral can be utilized both at the point of centralized referral (network) as well as at the point of receipt of a referral (provider).

Intake / Enrollment, Assessments and Closures
forms are developed to meet agency specific requirements. Built-in edits ensure the validity of data entry. The system allows for corrections and changes to intakes and assessments as well as clinical updates to the assessments. Clinical update assessments are date tracked producing reports stating when the next reviews are due.

Progress Notes are available in this module. The therapist may enter a progress note in several formats—general note, SOIAP note, case management note, group note, psychiatric note. Once the note has been satisfactorily completed, the therapist signs the note electronically using a unique personal identification number (PIN).

Reporting
modules are available for areas including member review, utilization and outcome. The reports can be produced based on several user defined parameters including facility, site, staff, members, funding source and others.

Residential
module is bed tracking screen for residential clients. This module allows an agency to easily admit members to facility, transfer from bed to bed and print various rounds reports.
