  • Deleted and Cancelled Appointment Tracking
  • Search Capabilities by Client’s Future & Historical Appointments
  • Capability to Offer, Schedule & Track First Available Intake

  • Pre-defined Work Schedules for Providers/Physicians
  • Easy Drag-and-Drop Client Check-in
  • Multiple Site Scheduling

  • Reoccurring Appointment Scheduling

To schedule an appointment, the user simply clicks on an open time slot on the Scheduler and completes the appointment template.

The Scheduler allows users to search for future appointments using a variety of chosen criterion.

The user may also save appointment searches for multiple uses, e.g. med checks.

For outpatient facilities, the front desk / reception staff can easily check-in clients upon arrival via the electronic Client List button from the Scheduler. This feature will show the list of client appointments for the day in chronological order. It also identifies what clinician the client is seeing and if the client has any outstanding balances or owes any co-pays. Once the front desk / reception staff checks-in the client, the clinician will be automatically notified that the client has arrived.
